Moar OC stuff....His name is Cere(pronounced like sear) and despite how evil he looks he's actually quite the good guy! ^_^...
-once Living as a boy missing both arms from a raid from a rival neighboring town, in a small village. His parents were killed in the raid and he was left to be a street urchin. At age 11, he was approached by the white coats(STORY LINE STUFF GRAAAHHH) of the inner city. They were fascinated at how he was able to survive with two missing arms and promised him a happy life with a loving family. He gladly accepted and went with them, not knowing of their evil intentions. The white coats took him to the inner city, experimented and put him through hundreds of tests and surgeries for years until they had created what they dubbed "the perfect human weapon". He was given arms made of the most rare and strong metal known to the world at the time(zycrolite(its not really a real metal, i think?)) but instead of looking like human arms, they were large, heavy, menacing appendages with sharp blades for fingers. On any normal human, the arms would be impossible to lift, but after experimentation on his muscles he was able to move them with ease. The fact that his lips are sewn shut disabled his ability to talk comlpletely. He is equipped with a mask like feature on his face which can be used to identify the quality of the air and work as a gas mask, though he keeps this covered up with a high collar. despite his grotesque and evil appearance, he stayed a kind and loving human being inside. After many experiments, his brain and thought process was still like that of a child much younger than him. He enjoyed watching reruns of cheesey romantic shows in his hospital room, learning about love and how "normal" humans felt towards each other. He became fixated on romance and finding the "special someone" for him. Being ignorant of his extreme killing abilities, he remained unmoving in his room, doing nothing but watch tv and occasionally allow a checkup to be done. It was only when he saw a program about a loving and happy "normal" family in their daily lives that he became aware that he was not given what he was promised. He realized he was betrayed and went into a fit of rage, killing many of the white coats. Upon seeing the head of his white coats, he couldn't bring himself to kill his very creator and escaped in time before he was able to be brought down. He fled to the city limits, unintentionally killing many people along the way. Having escaped into the forest, he realized what he had done and swore he would never become enraged like that again.(which he is unable to do for a long time. Even the slightest things set him off) He wandered the forest, in search of someone who wouldn't run from him. He took a fascination to nature and all of its creatures. It took him a long time to realize he had to be gentle to not kill or maim what he touched. Eventually, he gained control of his rage and was able to learn to somehow communicate with the creatures around him. His favorite animals are doves, due to their angel like wings. He is thoughtful and very intelligent, having over average brainwave activity. He is unable to remove any of his equipment, however, for it is bonded with his body. He will always see himself as a monster, but no one who knows him well enough thinks so...Did i go all soul searchy on you guys?!?!
